Sarah-Jane Lewis was born in 1986 and is currently studying for a BMus in Vocal Studies at the Royal College of Music. Her repertoire includes concert, opera and oratorio works. She has sung solos at The Jack Petchy Awards, St Paul’s Covent Garden, The Norden Farm Festival, The National Portrait Gallery, The Royal Albert Hall and Cadogan Hall. Sarah-Jane has performed as an oratorio soloist in Faure’s Requiem, Handel’s Messiah, Vivaldi’s Gloria and Mozart’s Requiem, Rossini’s Stabat Mater, Bach’s Magnificat and Dvorak Mass in D. She also sings with the London Schola Cantorum. Sarah-Jane took part in a production of Cosi Fan Tutte with the Classical Opera Company at Manchester, Canterbury, Sadlers Wells and Italy. She also appears in the film of Mozart’s The Magic Flute, directed by Kenneth Branagh. Sarah-Jane is the winner of the Kathleen Ferrier Bursary For Young Singers 2006 and the Leith Hill Award 2008. Her interests outside music include art, reading and writing poetry.

'Sophisticated Ladies' at the National Portrait Gallery performed to a packed-out audience on Friday 9th December. Newly formed this year, an ensemble of 10 of Concordia's most accomplished cellists and Concordia Prize-winner Anna Patalong soprano.The Concordia Candlelit Christmas Concert Saturday 17th December at St Paul's Church Covent Garden at 7.30pm was completely SOLD OUT and a fantastic end to a very challenging and inspiring year. Performaners included Concordia International Ensemble Artists, talented young musicians and VOCES8.
