Stefania Passamonte, piano – Italy

London based artist, Stefania is an Italian pianist from Modena.

After the  the Piano Degree with Enza Iori at the Music Conservatoire in Modena, Stefania gained the Concert Recital Diploma with Piero Rattalino at the “Santa Cecilia” International Academy in Portogruaro and the Postgraduate Diploma in Piano at the Royal Academy of Music of London under the guide of Ian Fountain and Christopher Elton.

On the same time, Stefania was chosen for playing in the Masterclasses of world renowned pianists as Joaquin Soriano, Isacco Rinaldi, Anton Naumov, Simone Pedroni, Emanuel Krasovskij, Emanuel Carra, and she gave recitals all around Europe, some of which in television broadcasts. Recital engagements include the “Salle Cortot” in Paris, the “Incontri Musicali” in Sala Puccini in Milan for the “Società dei concerti” of Milan, the “Pomeriggi Musicali” of Albrizzi Palace in Venice, the “International Lunchtime series at Bloomsbury” in London, the “Concerts series” at the Italian Institute for the Culture in London.

Stefania won several acknowledgments and scholarships, among which the prestigious “Premio Ghirlandina 2002″ given by the Rotary Club in Modena to an artist “distinguished in the international panorama for special merits and success”.   

At the present, Stefania is commuting London with Paris, working with Jacques Lagarde at the Ecole Nornale de Musique de Paris “Alfred Cortot” and working at the recording of a serie of CD for the new label Rythm-and-Muse in London, and she gives concerts both in France and throughout Europe
